Philip Treuil: Radiation Safety Officer for Veterinary Specialists

As a well-known expert in the field of veterinarian medicine, Philip Treuil has worked as the Radiation Safety Officer for the Veterinary Specialists of North Texas.  Philip Treuil worked as the Radiation Safety Officer for the Veterinary Specialists of North Texas from 2005 to 2011.  It was a great position for Philip Treuil during his career and he now works as the Radiation Safety Officer for Carolina Veterinary Specialists.  Philip Treuil started working as the Safety Officer for Carolina Veterinary Specialists in 2011, a great position, one that helps further Philip Treuil’s career.

Philip Treuil is well-established in the field of veterinary medicine.  He specializes in radiation oncology and radiation therapy for animals diagnosed with cancer and other life threatening diseases.  Philip Treuil shares his expertise with many through various publications and the conferences he attends throughout the country on the subject.  With a Master’s degree from Colorado State University, Philip Treuil is a highly qualified veterinarian who continues to make contributions to the field of veterinarian radiology and oncology.

Some of Philip Treuil’s publications include: “Radiotherapy and Surgery for Feline Soft Tissue Sarcomas,” published in the Veterinary Radiology Ultrasound in 2009, “Radiation Therapy for Pituitary Tumors in the Dog and Cat,” published in the Canadian Veterinary Journal in 2007, and “Palliative Radiation Therapy in the Treatment of Canine Appendicular Synovial Sarcoma,” published in the Journal of the American Animal Hospital Association in 2011.  These are just some of the many great contributions Philip Treuil has made to the field.

In addition to being a published author, Philip Treuil has also been asked to speak at several conferences and seminars throughout the country on this subject.  Some of the events include: guest speaker for the Tarrant County Veterinary Medical Association in 2009, guest speaker for the Dallas County Veterinary Medical Association in 2009, guest speaker for the 24th Annual Veterinary Cancer Society Conference in 2004, and many more.
